Christopher Lewis-CRISIS:Change Is Required Written by Bobby Parker, TV Host This is my homeboy "Chris" Christopher Lewis from Goldsboro, NC, who loves people and he is a true worshipper. He has a brand new CD that is full of hot urban tracks and some real worship music.  His new project is entitled, "Crisis". This CD explains Lewis' turningpoint in life and he talks of his stuggles and how he had to make a change in his life.  The two-disc project opens up with a hard-hittin' contemporary cut called, "U Don't Know", it's a fresh urban song about when your friends can't help you and nobody is there except God...God is Faithful!  I love the jam, "Joy", a smooth radio single that has that urban feel with an old school flavor to it. Lewis sings and explains how he went through but the joy of the Lord is his strength.  Joy gonna come in the morning ya'll! Hey, check out these other stand out cuts like, "Man Inside of Me" (Love it!), "The Fall of London Bridge" f/ Darlene McCoy, it opens up with some Drama. I like the traditional/blues flavored cut, "Show Me The Way" f/ Bishop Paul S. Morton. It's a feel good tune.  You will enjoy this entire CD from Lewis, now living in Atlanta, GA but this Carolina fellow will bless you and help you get out of your crisis.

The Murrill's-Family Prayer Written by Bobby Parker, TV Host This is the debut album from the former Tri-City Singers members brought to us from THE producer of producers, Stellar Award winning producer Donald Lawrence. This is a real family that is together to display their love and love for the family.  They are glad to come together to be with the family one more time.  We introduce to you now Brothers Darwin, Damion, Donnell, Andre, and Durwood and sister Arnetta who have been praying and singing together since they were little kids.  Donald Lawrence signed this awesome family to his Quiet Water Entertainment label under Zomba and now this CD is making some serious noise with the first radio single, "Family(There's A Healing)", a stong song f/ D. Lawrence and the vocals of Arnetta, who can just SANG!!! God is healing the family and we need this message to get out to the masses. Hey check out the other cuts like, "Better"(that's my favorite), "Survive" and the hot jam, "How I Feel About You"(Great Song!).  Get your family together and let the healing begin with this project.

Bishop Leonard Scott-Be Lifted Up Review written by: Bobby Parker, TV Host This is a powerful uplifting CD and you will be singing God’s Praises.  “We Lift You!  That’ the chant and shout out to God as this project it’s stated.  To reach the masses is what Tyscot Records is all about.  Bishop Leonard Scott is the owner of this company and he is a might man of God.  Dr. Scott is a great speaker, Bishop, preacher, educator, dentist, singer, songwriter, pastor and father.  I had a chance to fellowship with him and his wife and they are down-to-earth people.  They are praisers and he is on fire for Christ.  Get ready for a power-packed worship experience and be ready to lift up Jesus.  The titled cut is a tremendous praise song and you will be dancing with joy on the song, “Be Lifted Up”.  It will ring in your head and you will still be lifting up after it’s gone off.  Bishop Scott mellows things out with a smooth tune entitled, “Bless The Lord O My Soul”.  I love the background vocals…nice.  Rock to the reggae flavored tune, “This Song I Sing”.  Then put your hands together on the slamming groove cut of “Mighty God”, it’s a upbeat jam that has Bishop Scott giving all the praise on this one. It’s the radio single and I’m airing the video…Go Bishop Go!  May Christ Be Lifted Up on this one and look for it to bless a nation.

Myron Williams-Made to Worship   Written by:Bobby Parker, TV Host This is the first solo project from this awesome man of God.  Myron Williams is a pure worship leader with talents that will bless the body of Christ for a long time to come.  Williams is a top notch producer who has worked with Juanita Bynum and he has great vocals to carry his own CD.  Min. Bynum presents this project to the world and you will be blessed by this pure ministry of great songs.  The title cut, “Made To Worship” is a great worship song.  This new project has already debuted on the Billboard charts in the top 10.  Wheww, way to come out the box!  This Fort Worth, TX native is a powerful Minister of music, he was appointed President of Flow Records where he also produced the acclaimed CD by Juanita Bynum, "Piece of my Passion”; which sold over 500,000 copies in four months and it stayed on the charts forever.  Speaking of forever, forever does our King reign forever, turn it up on the praise jam, “King Of Kings”, it will bless ya.  Check out the slow song, “You Are My Destiny”, it will leave you loving God more.  Other songs that will minister to you are, “I Just Want You”, “I Don’t Mind Waiting’ and my favorite, “Draw Me”, that will have you out on the floor then getting up chasing God and running after him.  It’s a great song that at first wasn’t even suppose to be recorded…look at God! The CD is called, “Made To Worship!”  We were made to worship him indeed.

Isaiah Thomas & Elements of Praise-The Greatest Written by:Bobby Parker, b_parker1340@hotmail.com This is brand new music from my friend Isaiah D. Thomas.  He is veteran in the business and an awesome songwriter and producer.  He is also a great musician and vocalist.  He’s leading the titled track on his latest album, “The Greatest”.  I simply love it!  It’s a powerful song that lifts the spirit and will have you singing and hummmin’ along, “Jesus!”  This is a great CD that features Thomas and his group, Elements of Praise from Maryland.  Put up your hands and praise right along with every track.  Clap your hands on the song, “Said He Would Be with Me”, featuring Bishop Michael V. Kelsey, it’s a down home good one. Ya’ll don’t know nothing about that.  The song “He’s Able” slows things down with the vocal talents of Thomas that will bless you.  Check out the other standout selection like, “God All By Yourself”, “Jesus, Lover of My Soul” and another one of my favorites, “Focus On You”.  Congrats to this two-time Stellar Award winner.  Thomas is giving his all on this project, which we all should give to our Master…The Greatest!

Shirley Caesar-After 40 Years..Still Sweeping Through The City   Written by Bobby Parker, TV Gospel Host This is my friend and great Pastor, Shirley Caesar on her new CD as she celebrates 40 years of her ministry.  The First Lady of Gospel is back now with some of her top hits and the young and seasoned folks will love this latest offering from the legendary singer.  This woman of God and powerful preacher is a ball of fire and she travels all across the world to minister, but she is right back in Raleigh, NC every Sunday morning to be right there at her church to lead her flock at the Mt. Calvary Word of Faith Church.  What a wonderful person she is and she loves the Lord.  You will love this project.  Put your hands together on the song, “Sweeping Through the City” which is sweepin’ through the airwaves on radio right now and it features the voice of Joe Ligon of the Mighty Clouds of Joy.  They’re just havin’ good ole church up in here, can I get a witness?  Other classics to enjoy are, “Jesus, I Love Calling Your Name”, everybody’s favorite, “Hold My Mule” and “Never”.  I like the cut, “Praise Your Way Through” featuring Raleigh’s own Patrika Worthan (Sang girl!). Dr. Bobby Jones-The Ambassador Written by: Bobby Parker, TV Gospel Host This is a project that Dr. Bobby Jones has done to celebrate and thank God for his bless career.  We all know Dr. Jones from television on BET with his show Bobby Jones Gospel, the longest running program in cable TV history. Bobby Jones is on the radio with his weekly countdown show.   He’s been in film, theatre, books and CDs and still going strong yearly with his bi-annual Gospel Industry retreats.  Now here’s the new project, “The Ambassador”, a masterpiece of anointed music of giving thanks.  The grace of God is all over Bobby Jones and he is one of the most down-to earth men and professionals in the industry.  He has open the door to so many artists in Gospel and he has a list of Gospel greats on this CD.  This album is for everyone to enjoy with top-notch producers such as Victor and Cedric Caldwell, PAJAM (Paul “PDA” Allen, J Moss and Walter Kearney), Donald Lawrence and Teddy Riley.  The CD features the first single, “Can’t Nobody”, with Karen Clark Sheard, oh Bobby Jones is lifting up Jesus on this one.  There’s special guest Vanessa Bell Armstrong on the cut, “The Hands of the Lord”, J. Beverly Crawford-LIVE from Los Angeles   Written by: Bobby Parker, NDIG Host This is one of the hottest female vocalist in the industry today.  She has a powerful voice and one of the sweetest spirits that I have ever known.  I love Beverly Crawford and her husband Todd, who have been great friends of mine for a long time.  Crawford has energy like no other and as she ministers with a high performance you will be ushered into the presence of Almighty God.  Now signed with JDI Records and a hot new CD entitled, “Live from Los Angeles”, you can hear the live anointing through your speakers. This woman of God can deliver such a strong presentation and you will be blessed by her powerful deliveries of her song praise.  Get on up and praise the Lord on the “Lion Of Judah”, an upbeat Praise at the beginning of this hot CD.  Next is the down home ole school cut that radio is blowing up across the country, “He’s Done Enough”.  This head-swayin’ sing-a-long song is a song that let’s us know that if the Lord never does anything else for us …he’s done enough. Trinitee 5:7-T57   Written by: Bobby Parker,NDIG Host Now listen here, the ladies are back and they are better than ever.  This group has appeared on my Gospel television video show more than any other artists in the industry right now and I am so proud to call them my friends.  It’s Trin-i-tee 5:7.  They are coming back strong with a brand new project entitled, “T57”.  I love entire CD and it’s something on here for everybody.  You will like the urban hip hop, R&B Gospel flava on it and my girls Adrian, Angel and Chenelle are on another level.  This time they are under the production team of Mathew Knowles out of Houston, Texas.  Other Producers on the project are Solange Knowles, the Bama Boyz and Walter Milsap.  Milsap did a hot song for the ladies entitled, “Beautiful Girl”, I love that song of praise. He also produced the very hot New Orleans’ feel marchin’ band tune, “Listen”.  That jam is all over radio and it’s on my Gospel Video show.  HOT & Sizzling!! This album is filled with 12 awesome cuts.  Check out “Like U”, it has a powerful Richard Smallwood “I Love The Lord” sample on it written by Solange Knowles.  The ladies remade a nice urban inspiration tune that R. Kelly made famous called, “U Saved Me”.  They did a great job on that one. I like the cuts, “I Want To Go Back”, “Love” and the slamming jam, “God’s Triangle”.  Lastly please give a listen to the classic remake of the tune, “My Soul Is Anchored”, made famous by Douglas Miller and it’s perfect for T57 for where they are right now.  You will love this CD…now LISTEN here! The Canton Spirituals-Driven   Written by Bobby Parker, NC If you are ready for some good ole foot stompin’, hand clappin’ and holy-ghost good time Gospel then you have got to get the brand new CD from the Canton Spirituals.  Well, it’s a whole new Cantons, with a new look, new members and a new outlook on Jesus.  Still up front on lead is Deacon Harvey Watkins, Jr. and the same anointed Quartet sound is there but these gentlemen are driving a fresh sound to the ages and so will have, “Driven”.  This is a hot project and I had the pleasure to see the Cantons perform some of their new tracks at the GMWA and they are going blow your mind.  No Quartet suits for this new generation group they are sporting white linen shirts, blue jeans and tennis shoes.  It’s not in the clothes no how, they have an anointing within and just go ahead and have church on the radio smash, “I Recommend Jesus”.  It’s pure Gospel and Jesus is able and he give you whatever you need…ah I love it.   Now put your hands on this, the upbeat tune, “That Man”, a hot traditional cut that talks about Jesus, that man from Galilee.  Do you know him?  Oh yes I know him and you will be driven to have a good ole time with this CD from the new Canton Spirituals!

Joann Rosario-Joyous Salvation   Written by: Bobby Parker, WAUG-AM PD b_parker1340@hotmail.com This CD is a great celebration of God’s goodness and it will bring joy to your heart and some gladness to your soul.  That’s what it did for me and I am a very big fan of the ministry of Joann Rosario.  This is Rosario’s third project and she is a true worshipper and a great songwriter because she wrote most of the songs on her latest offering, “Joyous Salvation”. This project will bless you through your everyday life and that’s just what Rosario wants it to do.  I recently drove on a long road trip and I placed this CD in my disc and I was so blessed during the drive.  I cried tears of joy and I cranked it up through the jamz that blessed me.  Radio is blessing people everywhere with the singles “Restore To Me” and I love the cut, “Glory To You”.  Please enjoy this CD and give a listen to other standout gems like, “More Than Anything”, “You Are Holy” and oh my goodness the beautiful song, “Beautiful Son”. Marvin Sapp-Thirsty Written by:Joyce Davis, Joyce.Davis@genworth.com Marvin Sapp is a Preacher that can sing.  I have been a Marvin Sapp fan since his days with Commissioned.  This project is pure Marvin.  13 anointed songs that will truly take you to another level of worship.  Starting with Magnify the worship leader in Sapp is present.  These songs will not disappoint you.  One of the favorites on the project is Thirsty.  This project is so awesome that he has a reprisal of Thirsty.  This song will truly be the next hit on the project.  Never Would Have Made It is the song that is getting airplay and it deserves all that it gets.  This is truly an awesome song that fits right with another Sapp’s hit You Are God Alone.  This project is so powerful that I purchased the DVD also.  The DVD is awesome as it catches the worship of the singers and the audience.  I just love this project and pray you will add this to your music collection to also be a blessing to you.

This project takes you to another level of worship with songs like Holy, Holy Is The Lord, Overcomer and Call Jesus.  If you are having a bad day, these songs of worship will take you to a higher level of worship.  Every song on this project is so anointed that I just hit the repeat button on the entire project.  The lyrics are so anointed that will take the believer into the holy of holies. Add this project to your music collection and watch the move of God manifest in your life.

Maurette Brown-Clark-The Dream Written by Joyce Davis, Joyce.Davis@genworth.com The Princess of Praise and Worship is back with a powerful project.  Packed with 16 songs, this project is for everybody desiring a closer walk with God.  The hit single One God is blowing up the airwaves.  The project does not stop with that song.  We are blessed with Has God Done Anything For you.  This sound is so sweet.  Only you can answer that.  One of the favorites on the project is My Heart Hs Been Restored.  What as awesome song of reverence to God.  Sovereign God is just what it means, a God that is so Sovereign.  Perhaps the best song on the project is one that just ministered to me when she did it on TBN.  She blessed me so with It Ain’t Over.  I want everyone to just listen to this song over and over and let it minister to you.  When you think it is over, she reminds us that it is not over until God says it is over.  What an awesome song.  This project was worth the wait and will open up so many more doors for this anointed Psalmist of Praise and Worship.

Wilmington Chester Mass Choir-It's Not Over   Wriiten by Joyce Davis, Joyce.Davis@genworth.com Choir Directors are going to love this project.  With 13 songs of your choosing, it will truly bless you.  It’s Not Over…. God Is in Control starts off the project and it is a hit.  With vocals so powerful, it will truly be a favorite for church choirs.  A second song on the project is Somewhere Around The Throne featuring the awesome vocals of Lecresia Campbell.  Just love this one saints.  Victory is sure to be a hit that flows in the style of Wilmington Chester Mass.  If you loved Hosanna, this one will truly bless you.   I Will Love Thee is next and it is such a nice song of reflection.  Just meditate on the lyrics to this awesome song.  We Shall Be Made Alive is followed by Great Things.  The project is so hot that it is hard to pick one song.  You Are All I Need will take you to the next level of worship.  Love this one saints.  Maurette Brown Clark lends her vocals on Lord You’re Worthy.  Awesome song of reverence.  None Like You is wonderful to just relax and meditate.  I Can See the Morning Light is followed by He Won’t Change is sure to be the next song that get radio time.  Easy song to usher in the presence of the Lord. Anytime, anything, Anywhere is next  followed by the reprisal of Somewhere Around The Throne.  If you do not have this project, go out and purchase it.  This project is rated 4 out of 5 stars.

Tamela Mann-The Live Experience   Written by: Joyce Davis, Joyce.Davis@genworth.com Tamela Mann is an awesome vocalist.  The remake of her first project is done live and it is truly awesome.  With 12 dynamic anointed songs of praise, she does let her listeners down.  The first song on the project is Alright.  This is followed by, Gotta Keep Movin.  Hallelujah, is followed by Speak Lord.  She blends Smokie Norful I Need You Know on the reprisal of Speak Lord.  We are getting ready to get in the overflow of worship now saints.  With songs like Safety In His Arms followed by one of my favorites, You Deserve My Praise.  I stated do not skip, but feel free to hit repeat on You Deserve My Praise.  Tamela lets the listeners know that this is her favorite song.  She takes it a step further and tells you to listen to the words.  The words are so powerful.  This has me in tears.  In Your Corner is followed by Trust Him.  Listen to the words in Trust Him. Her brother lends his vocals on this one.  We are nearing the end of this project with Marvelous and the last song is Praise Medley.  An awesome project and Myron Butler and Levi complement Tamela on the project.  You will not be disappointed with the project.  You are blessed with a dvd and the dvd is awesome.  Praise God for thisanointed and awesome project from Tamela Mann.  5 stars on this one saints.

New Breed-Sound of the New Breed:Freedom Written by:Joyce M. Davis Joyce.Davis@Genworth.Com The singers from Israel and New Breed drop their first project and it will not be their last.  Packed with ten songs you will not be disappointed with this one.  With first song Arise, it has that African Beat that is sure to move and groove.  I Am Free will warrant airplay.  It has that Israel beat that his listeners will surely appreciate.  The Freedom We Know is next on the project.  The song that is getting air- play is How Good And Pleasant.  This is going to be a hit.  We are then blessed with songs that are familiar to the followers of Israel and New Breed.  Again I Say Rejoice is followed by one of my favorites. Made Me Glad is an awesome song of reverence and worship to God.  Break Through, is followed by, Lord Of The Breakthrough.  These will take you straight to worship.  Alpha and Omega is an awesome song of worship.  The last song on the project is Freedom.  What a way to end a project.  There are a few remakes on this project, but the listener will not be disappointed with this project.  Expect to hear more from Sound Of New Breed.  This project warrants 3 out of 5 stars.

Darnell Davis & The Remnant-Psalms of the Remnant Written by Bobby Parker, WAUG-AM PD This is a hot new artist coming out with a very anointed debut release that you will indeed enjoy.  Darnell Davis is a Stellar award winning songwriter and producer.  I really like this fresh new sound from this contemporary group.  Davis has written hit songs from a lot of Gospel groups and artists and now it’s his time with his own ensemble, The Remnant.  Radio, please give this CD a chance, you’ll be happy to spin, “I’m Yours”, a clap-along tune with hot vocals from the group and tells the Lord to have his way in our lives cause Lord you know me…I’m yours.  Check out the hot cut, “Stop Frontin’” featuring Stokley from the R&B group Mint Condition.  I’m feelin’ dat! It’s soooo laid back and tells the truth.  This CD has a message that has to get out so get out and get yours and support.  Grace-n-peace!

The McClurkins-The McClurkin Project:"We Praise You" Review written by: Bobby Parker, WAUG-AM PD I really enjoyed this project and this is a very anointed group of siblings.  The McClurkins consist of Award winning Gospel artist Donnie McClurkin and his sisters Andrea, Tanya, Cheri, Olivia &Carol.  They have come together again with a powerful CD entitled, “We Praise You” and that is exactly what they are doing on this album.  It’s all about praising the Lord with this family and they are so incredible with every tune.  The radio hit is the title cut, “We Praise You”, written by andrea and Donnie McClurkin wrote most of the other songs on the project.  This CD was recorded in Queens, NY live and you will indeed enjoy this family sound and be blessed.  Check out some of the other great selections like, “As Long As There’s You”, “If You’re Ever Feeling Lonely”, and “Precious Lord”.  You will be praising to “We Praise You”!

Tramaine Hawkins-I Never Lost My Praise   Written by: Joyce Davis, Joyce.Davis@genworth.com One of the legendary pioneers comes back with a project that will let her fans know that she is back.  Packed with 11 powerful songs, this project is awesome.  With the production of Kurt Carr, this project will get a lot of radio play.  With the first song, Excellent Lord, Tramaine is blowing.  I really did not find any songs on this project that will not be a hit. You Get The Glory has that old school melody.  I Never Lost My Praise is the testimony that Tramaine blesses us with when she thought she had cancer.  What an awesome song this is.  Worshippers get ready for the next two tracks.  These songs will take to you to another level.  One of my favorites is I Need Thee.  We are blessed with Oh Happy Day. Lord You Are is a song that you just sit and let the words minister to you.  Like Never Before is a fast paced song that the listener can hear the sound of Kurt Carr on this one.  The last song is Don’t Count Me Out.  This one is personal testimony for me.  Tramaine was absent for a while, but her return is worth the wait.  Purchase the project and let this awesome woman of God just bless you musically.

Vanessa Bell Armstrong-Walking Miracle Review written by: Joyce Davis One of the most distinct voices to ever sing gospel music is back.  With ten anointed songs, it was truly worth the wait.  Starting with Walking Miracle, Vanessa lets the listener know that if you are walking, breathing, seeing, then you are a walking miracle.  Seasons, is a funky song that lets the believer know that all things work in seasons.  Love this one.  So Good To Me, is getting air- play on some local stations.  Pure Vanessa.  That woman can be called the female Rance Allen , she can moan saints.  Donald Lawrence helps out with Wait.  Another funky song that put scripture to the believer, wait on the lord and he will renew your strength.  Fall In Love Again is awesome.  This song is so anointed that it lets the believer know that they can fall in love with Jesus again. Watch Me, is followed is followed by Til the Victory’s Won.  Vanessa is blowing saints.  In the blowing she is letting God be glorified in the lyrics.  Just Hold On lets me know that even when one struggles all we need to do is hold on and God will deliver.  After God has delivered she lets us know that it is Over Now.  The last song on this anointed project is I Just Love You.  Be blessed by one the great female singers of all time. This project is sure to bless, pick it up and let it minister to you.

Stephen Hurd-My Destiny   Written by Bobby Parker, WAUG-AM PD This is a powerful Praise and Worship CD with an awesome singer, Mr. Stephen Hurd, a songwriter and leader for this time and season.   You will be jumping for joy and leaping with a thunderous praise from this passionate project.   Produced by super producer Stephen Ford and a great live band…O my goodness somebody give God some PRAISEEEE!  A great Praise is what you will be doing with a war cry.  Radio is all over the first single entitled, “Great Praise” and this power-packed song with lift you up for an amazing journey through this CD.  It’s for all nations to enjoy and to be encouraged by.  Each song takes you higher from the “Glory Chant” to the titled cut, “Destiny” and I can see my destiny that God has planned for me and you will see yours through these insipiring lyrics and anointed selections.  Just worship God and begin to praise him.  You’re going into a New Dimension so let the spirit flow as you listen to “My Destiny”.

MOS aka Men Of Standard are three of the most talented fellas singing in this industry with their new offering entitled, “Surrounded”.  The surround sound of this hot urban LP will have you turning up the speakers and making an ugly face to the rhythm-n-praise and I know that you will enjoy all 10 cuts on this project.  This is a powerful new CD on a new label for MOS.  Big shout out to Ike, Lo & B., as I know them but Mr. Isaac Carree, Lowell Pye and Pastor Bryan Pierce are the nicest guys and have such an anointing sound and you will be blessed by listening to this CD.  I will be the first to say turn up the jam, “I Will”, it will bless ya with productions by Warryn “BabyDubb” Campbell.  Keep it rollin’ with the powerful cut, “Power” and don’t sleep on the Caribbean grooved cut, “Alright” featuring rapper Heavy D.  I like the party-feel-tip of the song, “Everybody”, perfect for those Gospel Skate parties.  The titled cut, “Surrounded” slows things down and delivers a smooth message that tells us that we are surrounded by the Lord’s love and it’s not about us but all about HIM.  Check out the radio favorite, “Latter Rain” with awesome vocals of MOS and the voice of Kirk Franklin…NICE song.  Get you copy of this album and let the music surround you.
